Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (especially in USA & Europe). These charges are collected by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs clearance can add ~5 business days or more, which is outside of our control. Most regions ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means taxes/duties (if applicable) are billed to the recipient by customs upon delivery.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (recipient name, apartment/flat number, company/university name, postal code, and phone number).

PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Orders with incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded.

For Express Shipping orders, if a parcel is unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused by customs, the courier may destroy the package at the destination country instead of returning it to us.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.
📦 Standard Shipping (Registered Airmail)

Standard Shipping uses Registered Airmail, which may have slower or less frequent tracking updates.

If a parcel is returned to us (due to unclaimed delivery, wrong address, or customs refusal), we can:

Resend it (new shipping fees apply), OR

Refund the product value minus the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee.

Please be patient — delivery may take longer, and tracking may not always update in real time.
