We retain the right to verify the prescription details with your practitioner. This verification policy also applies to customers re-ordering lenses. If a registered practitioner has advised against wearing lenses, we reserve the right to decline the sale unless otherwise directed by the same or another registered practitioner.

Therefore, we are not responsible if you order lenses that have not been prescribed for you or if the prescription's date exceeds 12 months from the purchase date.
