RX Verification
Prescription Disclaimer
Your contact lens prescription specifies the requirements needed to correct your vision. It includes lens power, size, and sometimes recommended brand. For special conditions such as astigmatism or multifocal needs, additional details will be listed.
A qualified practitioner issues your prescription after an eye exam. They determine your visual needs and recommend appropriate replacement routines based on your lifestyle and eye sensitivity.
We reserve the right to verify your prescription with your practitioner. This also applies for re-orders. If a practitioner has advised against wearing lenses, we may decline the sale unless otherwise directed by a registered practitioner.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have no health conditions that contraindicate contact lens wear. You verify that the lenses you order are prescribed to you and your prescription is valid (not older than 12 months). We are not responsible if you order lenses outside your prescription or if it is expired.
We strongly recommend regular eye checks with a qualified practitioner to maintain eye health. While you are not required to send us your prescription, confirming these terms means you hold a valid prescription compliant with US and UK laws. Please note: contact lens wearers must be at least 16 years old.
