The prescription will indicate the necessary lens power, size, and recommended brand. In case you have a specific condition like astigmatism or require multifocal lenses, additional details will be included in the prescription.

A qualified practitioner will issue the contact lens prescription after conducting an eye exam. They will determine your visual requirements and recommend appropriate replacement routines based on your lifestyle and eye sensitivity.

Disclaimer: By proceeding with your order, you certify that you possess a valid prescription for the contact lenses you wish to purchase. This prescription should be dated within the last 12 months and must have been provided by a professional and qualified optometrist or contact lens fitter (henceforth referred to as a practitioner).

We retain the right to verify the prescription details with your practitioner. This verification policy also applies to customers re-ordering lenses. If a registered practitioner has advised against wearing lenses, we reserve the right to decline the sale unless otherwise directed by the same or another registered practitioner.

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have no health conditions that contraindicate wearing lenses. When making a purchase from us, you verify that a qualified practitioner has prescribed the contact lenses you are ordering. Therefore, we are not responsible if you order lenses that have not been prescribed for you or if the prescription's date exceeds 12 months from the purchase date.

We strongly advise regular eye checks by a qualified practitioner to maintain your eye health and well-being. While you are not obligated to send us your prescription, accepting the terms and conditions herein confirms that you possess a valid prescription compliant with the laws of the United States and United Kingdom. Please note that contact lens wearers must be at least 16 years old.
