Please read this guide carefully before placing your order.
Before Ordering
- Read our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Returns. New to contacts? Please consult your optometrist first.
- Create an account (takes <1 minute) to track orders, save addresses, and keep your cart.
Browse by brand/series, color, or diameter via the sidebar/top navigation.
Placing Order
A. Select Item
- Choose your prescription: 0.00 (Plano) for non-prescription, or your SPH (minus) for myopia. Note: most prescriptions we sell are for myopia. For other needs: Toric · Hypermetropia/Presbyopia
- Set quantity and click Add to Cart. A confirmation will appear.
- Review via View Cart or use the cart icon (top-right) to go to checkout.
Repeat steps A1–A2 to add more items.
B. Review Your Cart
- Double-check product, power, color, and quantity. When ready, click Checkout.
C. Shipping Details & Payment
- Fill in full shipping address + phone, then click Place Order.
Tip: Include apartment/flat, building, company/university, postal code. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Payment: PayPal account or Visa/Mastercard via PayPal.
How to Pay with PayPal
Finish Your Payment
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. If paying by card, enter your card details on the PayPal page.
After Sales
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email. If not received within 5 hours, please contact us.
- Dispatch within 2–4 business days after payment is received/cleared.
- Status changes to Completed in 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed and shown in order history. Registered Air Mail starts with RR; EMS starts with EE.
- Track via POS Indonesia.
Helpful Reminders:
- Most prescriptions we sell are for myopia (minus). For astigmatism or hypermetropia/presbyopia, use the dedicated collections linked above.
- Import duties/taxes may apply upon delivery and are collected by your local customs office (customer’s responsibility).
- Please ensure address accuracy; incorrect/incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns.
