Purchase Order Term & Conditions

I hereby acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. understand that Softlensqueen.com is not a medical doctor, optician, or optometrist, and I should consult an eye doctor before placing an order, particularly for power prescription lenses.

2. I confirm that all the details provided in the checkout page, including orders, prescriptions, options, and other particulars, are accurate and true.

3. I am aware that slight color differences may occur, especially for different prescriptions (left and right lens). In such cases, Candylens.com will make their best effort to find the most matching color for me.

4. I affirm that I am using my own credit card for the purchase, or I have explicit permission from the cardholder or PayPal account holder to make the purchase.

5. I acknowledge that I assume all risks associated with purchasing from Softlensqueen.com and release them from any legal liability. I understand that wearing contact lenses carries inherent risks of injury and eye infections if proper care and guidelines are not followed. I have read and familiarized myself with the wear and care guide to minimize these risks, recognizing that complete elimination of risk is not possible.

6. I accept responsibility for any local taxes or custom duties that may apply to my purchase.

7. I understand that any delays caused by the local customs department are beyond Candylens.com's control, and they are not liable for such delays.

8. If I decide to cancel my order for any reason, I acknowledge that I will be subject to a 10% administration fee of the total purchase amount. Additionally, if the product has already been shipped, I will be charged a 30% administration fee, with shipping costs being non-refundable.

9. I have carefully read and understood the return and exchange policy.
