Purchase Order Term & Conditions

I hereby acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. I understand that Softlensqueen.com is not a medical doctor, optician, or optometrist. I should consult an eye doctor before placing an order, particularly for power prescription lenses.
2. I confirm that all details provided at checkout — including orders, prescriptions, and options — are accurate and true.
3. I am aware that slight color differences may occur, especially for different prescriptions (left vs. right lens). In such cases, Softlens Queen will make their best effort to provide the closest color match.
4. I affirm that I am using my own credit card/PayPal account, or I have explicit permission from the cardholder to make this purchase.
5. I acknowledge that I assume all risks associated with purchasing from Softlensqueen.com and release them from any legal liability. I understand that wearing contact lenses carries inherent risks of injury and eye infections if proper care is not followed. I have read the Wear & Care Guide to minimize these risks, recognizing that risk cannot be completely eliminated.
6. I accept responsibility for any local taxes or customs duties that may apply to my purchase.
7. I understand that delays caused by local customs are beyond Softlens Queen’s control, and they are not liable for such delays.
8. If I cancel my order, I acknowledge a 10% administration fee applies. If the order has already shipped, a 30% administration fee will be charged, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. I have carefully read and understood the Return & Exchange Policy.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and accepted all the provisions outlined above.
