STEP 1: Check Your Colored Contacts from Outside the Bottle
Sometimes, damage to colored contact lenses isn’t visible right away. We always inspect them before shipping, but it’s a good idea for you to double-check:
- Is the bottle cracked or damaged?
- Do the colored contacts look smooth without any tears?
- Do both contacts have the same color?
- Also, check the expiration date on the bottle.
About Bottle Labels
