🌍 Why Is There a Change?
Starting August 29th, 2025, the U.S. government introduced new import regulations that significantly impacted global shipping for contact lenses and similar products.
As a result, standard international shipping services to the U.S. have been suspended, and only Express Shipping is now available. Express couriers apply a minimum 500g charge, even for lighter parcels like ours — increasing shipping costs up to 4x higher than before.
🚫 New Orders to the United States
Due to these ongoing regulatory and cost challenges, we are no longer able to accept new orders for delivery to the United States.
This decision follows updated international compliance requirements from both shipping carriers and payment processors (including PayPal), and ensures we meet all current legal standards.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and deeply appreciate your understanding as we adjust to these new global regulations.
📦 For Orders Already Shipped or In Process
If you have already placed an order before this announcement, your parcel will still be shipped and delivered as usual.
However, due to the new import policy, U.S. Customs may apply an import duty or clearance fee before delivery.
