Term of Service :

  • Products is based on stock availability, if the product is out of stock, we will inform you by email/whatsapp/i-Message. Please check your email regularly.
  • Due to different monitor settings, please keep in mind that the actual colours of the contact lenses may not match 100% with those on your screen.
  • Everything that we sell is in stock, so you do not need to wait for backorders. However, if an item is incorrectly listed as in stock on our website and it happens to be actually out of stock, we will contact you by email/WhatsApp or refund your payment as soon as we recognize this disparity.
  • In light of the COVID-19 situation, Softlens Queen is complying with the implementation of the Movement Control Order starting from 25th May 2021 as announced by our government.
  • We're running business as usual, and shipping will continue to operate. However, orders may take a bit longer to process as we're currently conducting work rotation among staff. Orders may experience longer than usual delivery times caused by flight cancellations and country lockdowns in destinations.


Delivery Process :

  1. Please provide your full address to our Shipping information box at the time you place an order via the Website, and please choose the appropriate city and province and zip code are correct to avoid shipping errors.
  2. The delivery time frame is based on the best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, the volume of mail traffic, etc. You are advised to visit the Shipping information page for more information on each shipping method.
  3. International shipments may subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
  4. We usually declare as a gift and in low value.

  6. We normally take 2-4 business days to processing all customers order.
  7. Please provide a contact number, postal code, and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter the P.O Box address.
  8. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday, working hours only.
  9. Please email us together with your order number if you need the package for a specific date.
  10. Double-check ordered items and shipping address in the order confirmation/invoice.
  11. Email to directly if you do not get an order confirmation/invoice via email.
  12. It’s your responsibility to track the package; please track regularly.
